Hot Spots


This month, our favorite new spot is Bonhomie, a restaurant, coffeehouse and cocktail bar opened from 8.30 am until 2 am and created by Timothée Prangé. In the kitchen, Spanish chef Nicolas Pla Gomez proposes inspired Mediterranean dishes, that, the day we went, included a red beet tartare, carrot and rose petal soup and chicken from Culoiseau with chestnuts and Capriziola cheese.
